UPDATE: The effects of experimental delay on freshly resected tissue for single nuclei transcriptomics
We are thrilled to confirm that our tissue request to receive samples from the Netherlands Brain Bank has been approved! We will be receiving frozen brain samples with a short Post-mortem delay to assess how processing variables (time and temperature) cause artifacts in bulk and single nuclear brain RNA sequencing data.
