UPDATE: The effects of experimental delay on freshly resected tissue for single nuclei transcriptomics
Our study "The effects of experimental delay on freshly resected tissue for single nuclei transcriptomics" aka Tissue Quality control project is moving forward! We just received frozen and fixed human brain samples from the Netherlands Brain Bank. This is a huge milestone for our study, now together with the McGill University's samples that we already have on-site, we are working on multiple experimental conditions and the sequencing has finished. Our team is transferring the data and hopefully we will have exciting results soon, stay tuned!
