This new publication highlights responses of both astrocytes and microglia for pathological protein clearance and inflammation, as well as glial transcriptional diversity in Alzheimer`s Disease.

scFlow: A Scalable and Reproducible Analysis Pipeline for Single-Cell RNA Sequencing Data

Our team published some exciting results in BioRxiv where they demonstrate the functionality of the analysis pipeline from sparse-matrix quality control through to insight discovery with examples of four datasets.

Our Research Technician Aisling McGarry is leaving the MAP

We are sad to see her go, Aisling McGarry will become a Wellcome Trust MRes/PhD student at King's College London next Autumn. She was involved with the MAP from the start and performed amazingly well! Her input was very valuable and now she is ready for her next academic step.
