scFlow: A Scalable and Reproducible Analysis Pipeline for Single-Cell RNA Sequencing Data

Our team published some exciting results in BioRxiv where they demonstrate the functionality of the analysis pipeline from sparse-matrix quality control through to insight discovery with examples of four datasets.

Brain samples were successfully received from Kings College London and the University of Edinburgh!

We are excited to announce that the teams from the London Neurodegenerative Diseases Brain Bank and the Edinburgh Brain Bank did an amazing job with obtaining brain tissue samples for our MAP study.

Our Research Technician Aisling McGarry is leaving the MAP

We are sad to see her go, Aisling McGarry will become a Wellcome Trust MRes/PhD student at King's College London next Autumn. She was involved with the MAP from the start and performed amazingly well! Her input was very valuable and now she is ready for her next academic step.

Sciversity on TikTok aims to encourage secondary school pupils from lower income backgrounds to study science subjects to increase their representation and show them that world class research institutions are for them as much as for anybody else.
