Mechanisms contributing to differential genetic risks for TREM2 R47H and R62H variants in Alzheimer’s Disease
You can read the pre-print in MedRxiv here. This research characterised neuropathology and transcriptomic responses in heterozygotes for R47H-R62H TREM2 variant alleles and for common allele homozygotes in non-diseased and Alzheimer's disease brain cortical tissue from 58 donors. Our MAP group leaders, bioinformaticians, lab technicians and PhD students were involved in this work, well done!
