The effects of the ABCA7/BIN1 on the pathology and gene expression in Alzheimer’s Disease.
Next year we will start an exciting project to characterise the multi-'omic changes in microglia, astrocytes and neurons alongside changes in pathology with ABCA7 and BIN1 variants. We are working closely with the UK Brain Bank Network and we recently received samples from The Manchester Brain Bank! Stay tuned for future updates about this research.
